Why is this available?
We try to be mindful in not over buying or holding excess stock, but sometimes it happens - this is a fun way to send some of our more stocked items out and allows us to reinvest in new colours, styles and even more gorgeous sleepwear for you.
Can I return or exchange the item?
This item is not refundable or exchangeable so we highly recommend that you refer to our sizing chart to make sure you order the correct size (if in doubt, size up for extra comfort!)
How long will this offer be on?

Is personalisation available?
Sadly personalisation is not available on this product due to huge savings we are offering
If I order more than one, will they be the same?
We will try to send the same colour and style on each order so that your group can have that gorgeously co-ordinated look, however this is subject to size availability. If you would like to purchase more than one item and receive different colours/styles, please process 2 or more orders.
I want to gift my item, will anything be sent with the sleepwear that says it was discounted?
Gifting this item is a great idea! There will be nothing included to state that the items was bought via a mystery parcel, all items will be wrapped in tissue, as always, so you can even send it directly to the lucky person.

We only ship using tracked, traceable, reliable couriers. Once we have despatched your item (which is usually within 1-3 days for non personalised items), you will receive an email with a tracking number, to allow full visibility.

Is bamboo suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Not only is in naturally hypoallergenic, it is also antibacterial, breathable and temperature regulating, supporting the most sensitive of skin types and suitable for all the family.
Is bamboo really non-toxic?
It is, bamboo does not need pesticides to grow and does not require irrigation, which makes it a more sustainable option, that the traditional cotton or jersey alterative. From this chemical pesticides on bamboo plants are generally not used, because they can also harm beneficial insects. Bamboo has natural pesticides, making it the ultimate fabric for non-toxic living.
Will they make me overheat and sweat at night?
No - the exact opposite. Bamboo is an amazing fabric, it's breathability ensures optimal airflow, regulating body temperature and enhancing comfort, keeping you cool when hot, and warm when cool. How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to turn orders around within 1-3 working days (5-10 working days for personalised items).

What sizes shall I buy, it's for a gift?
Our sizing runs true to size, but we recommend sizing up, if you're not sure. Who doesn't love comfy pyjamas?

What is your return policy?
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, that's why we offer item refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note we are unable to return personalised items, this does not affect your statutory rights, we are a small business and we can't resell items that are just for you.
Refunds are processed (excluding shipping) within three days of receipt, and will appear in your bank within 3-5 days, dependent on your bank. You will receive communication via email when it's been finalised and processed by us.
