What's Included;

The Details:
- The North Pole grade red, green or blue envelopes are addressed using black or white calligraphy ink, to the personalised address details, added to your order
- Postal marks are stamped by hand and an illustrated Father Christmas stamp is added to the certificate
- A personalised voucher code and amount will be noted on the certificate, and is redeemable against any Made Wright London item online, valid until the 31st August 2025.
- A £4.95 Shipping Fee is added at checkout
- Please note that the certificates and envelopes will be delivered to the shipping address provided, in a plain white envelope (to prevent any small or inquisitive hands intercepting it before you'd like them to receive it!). An Emily Edkins Illustration sticker will be added to let you know what's inside!
Envelopes are left unsealed and you will be provided with twine, a bell and self adhesive wax seal to use once you've added your desired contents.

We only ship using tracked, traceable, reliable couriers. Once we have despatched your item you will receive an email with a tracking number, to allow full visibility.
As this item is hand finished and personalised, we do not accept exchanges or returns on this product.

Is bamboo suitable for sensitive skin?

Our sizing runs true to size, but we recommend sizing up, if you're not sure. Who doesn't love comfy pyjamas?

What is your return policy?
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, that's why we offer item refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note we are unable to return personalised items, this does not affect your statutory rights, we are a small business and we can't resell items that are just for you.
Refunds are processed (excluding shipping) within three days of receipt, and will appear in your bank within 3-5 days, dependent on your bank. You will receive communication via email when it's been finalised and processed by us.
