Simply email us at contact@madewrightlondon.com within 14 days of your purchase, stating your order number, reason for return, details of the item(s) you are returning, and your contact telephone number.

Items remain at the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services, when returning the package.

Refunds are processed (excluding shipping) within 3 days of receipt, and will appear in your bank within 3-5 days, dependent on your bank.

Please note we are unable to return personalised items, this does not affect your statutory rights.
